1920's Durant Wood 12 Spoke Wheel

This original wheel is in mint condition. It's possible it was never used on a car. This came from our great grandfather's home in Montclair California which was near the Oakland Durant Factory. This wheel has been hanging from the ceiling in a building for over 75 years. There is absolutely zero rust, no dents, and as you can see in the photo the center hub nuts have never been removed. This appears to have been meant to be a front wheel with no brake drum. Because this was used as a lamp there were three small 3/16 holes drilled in the rim that can easily be TIG welded closed and dresssed off. If requested I can take care of the three holes.
