The countdown has begun – it’s 80 days until the 2021 National Meet in Grand Junction Colorado. If you haven’t already made your hotel reservations, now is the time. The registration form is on the Durant Website - Club Events page or attached below. Lisa and I are looking forward to seeing all of you - we have a fun filled 4 days planned. We have leisurely touring planned for each day. Day one will include Western Colorado Botanical Gardens, downtown Grand Junction and Enstrom’s Candies. Day two takes us to an Alpaca farm, Town of Palisade, and the wineries. Day three gives us a glimpse of the Colorado National Monument, Dinosaur Journey and the Town of Fruita. Finally on day four we will travel in modern cars across the Colorado National Monument and conclude with our annual Banquet.

I have reservations for 29 people in-hand (including Lisa and I). I know of 4 more people that will be coming. Received a note from Paulette Ford today that the hotel is booked and she had to go to another hotel (Wood Springs Suite Hotel - not too far away). It looks like we should have a good crowd. I have six people bringing cars that I know of plus one of mine, so we are up to 7 cars (plus 2 more I think).

Spoke to the hotel today and they told me that 23 of our block of 30 have been reserved. I believe that rooms at the hotel are still available. For anyone that hasn't made reservations yet please do it soon. Paulette has changed her reservation to the Clarion.
