Hi David-If you look at the Technical Page-Fuel Systems-Zenith Replacement Carburetor Chart, you will see that a 14544 new Zenith is available for your W4/W5 engine. It can be sourced @ Norfar.com.

Also look on the Internet under Stewart Warner Vacuum Tanks and you will see some of the folks that rebuild and/or supply kits for your tank.
