Carburetor identification?

Hello, I have a 1925 Star Roadster that has a finicky carburetor. Can anyone reach out and help me identify the carb in order for me to adjust and get it set properly. It is hard to start and keep running.

Thank you,
James

Re: Carburetor identification?

1925 Star F should have Tillotson MV-1B or MV-1A on the W5A engine. Replacement new Zenith is 68-14544

Re: Carburetor identification?

The Tillotsen carbs are often available on eBay. I find it to be better than the Zenith. Also, I had to flip the throttle on the Zenith to make it compatible with the linkage.
