I just talked to Ed this evening. Apparently he was run over by a car about seven weeks ago. He is presently in a rehab unit and doing very well. Many people have sent him cards, which he is truly grateful, but unable to respond with thank you cards. However, anyone wishing to give him a call, it would be much appreciated.

I spoke with Ed on Friday. A woman ran over him and fled. Someone got the plate # and she was caught.
Both of his ankles where broken. He is scheduled for more surgery before the end of the year. At this point he has a cast on one leg and pins in the other, so is unable to walk. Will require rehab.
Ed is in good spirits and if you have met Ed you know he is a fighter.
We talked about his plans for entering the Star in AACA national judging.
