Clutch Lining

I am getting ready to order clutch material from McMaster-Carr. They offer Low Friction, Medium Friction and High Friction lining. Does anyone know which one these I want for the clutch on a 25 Star and what thickness do I need? Thanks Eliot

A search on the internet indicates that the coefficient of friction for an automobile is .35, that is what the Medium Friction lining is, so medium it is unless someone knows something different. Thanks Eliot

I measured the thickness of the new lining that was installed on my '25 Flint and it was 1/8"....I would suspect that your Star would be the same thickness.
