Continental Flyer hood ornament

Hi,
I own a hood ornament from a 1933 Continental Flyer. The car that was once attached to it was owned by my uncle who purchased it in 1934.
Anyway, I am interested in what artist created this hood ornament. Does anybody here happen to know this?

Regards

Re: Continental Flyer hood ornament

Hi Sid .. We are in touch with Danny to get its info for the Registry. Seems its the other side of Australia to Herberton village.

The 33 flyer belongs to my Father. It's a 4 door sedan restored since 1984. The car still sits in his shed in Perth in Western Australia.

You know of another Conny Flyer in OZ ? We are all ears to get that ones info also. We only have four in US and one in New Zealand.

Re: Continental Flyer hood ornament

Thanks Sid ... from what we know and researched, the 1933 Flyer came only in three models and three Hayes body tags. The Hayes body tags indicate same body used as the 1933 Beacon. 1934 Beacon had different body.

We'll see what those folks can tell us about their flyer.

1933 Beacon

5 Passenger 4 door Sedan (Standard) 185-
