LOOKING FOR A HEAD GASKET FOR A 1930 4CYL DURANT BORE IS 3-15/16 THIS IS ALL THE INFO I HAVE THE ENGINE IS IN A OLD HOT ROD BUILT IN 1945

Gaskets are available from Olson's.

Are you sure it is a 1930? That would make it a W-8, 4 cylinder. The distributor would be on top of the head.

The earlier W-4 & W-5 had the distributor on the back of the generator.

The gaskets are different.

HI FRANK THIS ENGINE WAS MODIFIED TO RUN A MAGNETO BUT IT HAS A BLOCK OFF PLATE IN THE CENTER OF THE HEAD. THE WATER PUMP IS DRIVEN BY THE GENERATOR SO IT MUST BE A W8 THANKS FOR THE HELP. MIKE
