Come on Guys, I know someone remembers the posting with a picture splicing in a piece of metal on a cowel panel? He was going to put all of the metal work on a disc to record how to do it. If you remember, give me a name. thanks, Glenn

Are you thinking of the "Following a Star" thread that Jim Greenamyer was posting?

He was working on my 1926 Star roadster. Had all the wood framework and beginning of the body work. There where some pictures of patching around the cowl, as well as the entire bottom of the car. Jim later decided the cowl was too bad and made a new one.

Jim's full time job changed and the Star project has slowed down. It will pick up again as time permits.
