The 14L and 15L Continentals both use poured babbit bearings. The mains are brass backed babbit inserts that can be removed and sent to a machine shop to be poured. after pouring they have to be reinstalled in the engine block and "line bored" by a machine shop. After having your crankshaft ground your rods can be sent to be repoured and they can machine them to fit your reground crank journals.
