I have gone through 3 voltage cut outs (TSC 0236465) every time I run the car I get max amps only when I run with the headlight on it drops to around 10 amps and when i turn the key off i get a 10 amp draw. I pull the wire off the cut out and the draw goes away.Do you think i should adjust the third brush and if so how do i do it? I have pulled the tops off the cut outs and the points are welded closed?
