Under Continental it has lenses for
1933 Beacon and Flyer ... Stabilite CB 1249
1933 Ace ... Satabilite B 1781
1934 41 ... Stabilite CB 1934
What the heck is a Continental 41 ?
According to this book 1933 Fronty has entirely differnet Depress Beam lense. My 38 parts catalogue says Fronty C400 and C600 can have Twolight or Stabalite lenses.
No idea what that refers to. Mind you its an American book and has other incorrect info. Says Canadian Dominion Motors 31 / 32 610, 612, 614, 615, 618, 619 Durant's and 31 / 32 Frontenac's used 11471 lense. Doesn't even mention the 407 or 618.
US used 944 Glolite for same vehicles 1930 / 31. Well Canada used Glolite also under Durant Motors 1930 vehicles.
Dominion didn't sell 610, 612, 615, 619's nor did Durant Motors in Canada, only Lansing. You won't find parts in any Canadian parts catalogue. Dominion D's were 614, 618 and 633.
No production stopped at Continental Motors 1934 with Beacon car, like it did at Dominion Motors with Frontenac. Just thought perhaps another new model we knew nothing about. You never know things just keep coming out of the woodwork, like Lance's ad for a 613 model. Must have been on the drawing board, an ad out for it, but never hit production, but .... ??
