electric fuel pump

about a electric fuel pump if would like to buy one go to o'reilly auto parts store they have 6 vote or can get one for about $40.00 , but you may need to cut down on the supply so what i did i put a in line shut off valve and it works ok most good auto parts store can get them

you can still have more pressure than the carburetor needle and seat will hold, better to use a regulator instead of a shut-off valve

I agree with Dave put in a "GOOD" fuel pressure regulator that you can adjust and I put in a fuel gauge in the extra port on the regulator and played with the pressure so it was about 1-2 lbs. works good

Same opinion here,get a good regulator. Holley makes a good low pressure regulator. Back when I ran one on my car, a 29 model 60 with a 14L, I only needed around 2 pounds of pressure, any more and the carburator would flood.
