I am still in need of Stromberg U-2 carb parts.
Would prefer original parts if there are any out there. I do not want repros as non of the repros I have seen really make the cut. This is for a display engine I am building, it's gotta look right!

Try giving this guy a call and speaking to him directly. He runs a carb shop and has been doing restoration and repairs for years. I found him on the AACA forum. Spoke to him about getting a Tillotson for my car and he strongly suggested that I didn't but he seemed to know his stuff. Maybe he can help you.

Where Are You From? Oviedo (near Orlando) Florida
Do You own a car built by Durant? 1928 Durant Model 65 4 dr
Yep thats why I had Rick put this info in the Tech Pages for our carbs. He refuses to update his site without factory papers on the Dominion Motors Frontenac and Durant's and hadn't heard of our J series. Mind you he used Branham "bible" as his source which is not always correct and doesn't carry Canadian cars. Terry also used this "bible" and why Canadian info is also missing.
Tillotson W8A or Stromburg U2 are correct for the 22A motor of 1930 and J5A for 619.
Dominion W8A, J4A, J6A, J7A.
Ok Mike, Thanks for the info . I think that guy is gonna work out for me....
just as an added note, the carb you see in the picture is the original carb from my car. however it was JB welded together and worked for awhile until it started to leak. The carb I have on the car now is a Zenith aftermarket which works quite well. I have an extra carb body W/some parts but, I am mainly looking for all the internal brass parts and an original float top cover
