Hi Lawrence, I am also considering doing my own interior work on my STAR. It looks like a very simple pattern. Since I am no upholsterer,I am looking into taking a class at our local community college. It is relatively inexpensive,I would be allowed to bring the project right to school and they have all the tools on sight! I'll let you know how it all turns out.

You might also check with some of the smaller mom and pop upholstery shops in your area, ocassionaly if they haven't got much going on they are willing to put a class together, at least this is the case in my area.

I will be looking into this for sure. I have seen a few small rural shops in my area. Even if i could hire somebody to do it and work along with them would be great. I will be compiling a list of the smaller shops and see what comes out of it.
