To see a sample of the gray-green engine paint, just go to the Tech Page (button on left).

Go to the section with Manuals & other Tech Info, and click on the Gray-Green link.

This will give you a color chip and a picture of an engine. You can click on the picture for an enlarged view.

Most "industrial Gray" is very close.

Sherman Williams JX-6386 Grey / Green is the correct stuff. You can get by the quart, or rattle cans, but you have to buy 12 cans. Takes about two weeks to get it.

Gray-green is the correct color. The blue paint you see may suggest that the engine had been repaired in the past.
