Finally getting it done

Greeting Fellow Durant lovers,

After 5 years of working on restoring my baby. I am finally getting it done. Thanks for all the help and advise I received from you all.

My Great Grandfather was a Durnat dealer back in the 20s in New Holland, PA. So it was natural that my Grand fathers first car was a Durant. A 1929 Durant touring. I looked for years to find one like he had. I found this one over 5 years ago and have been restoring it ever since. I I jokingly told people it will probably time me the next 20 years to restore it. My wife was begining to think that was not a joke.

Leonard Burkholder

I posted a few pictures.

Great job Leonard !!!

You sure have a beautiful car, and the workmanship is outstanding.

Hope to see it in person some day.

Nice that there is a family history to go along with the car.
