Tony, I don't know the years of application but I used GM/Chevy parts on my '23 touring steering. The parts are identical.

The kit looks the same as the photo on the NAPA site but is 1/2 the price.

1951-55 series chevy pickup....must be early series 1955....looks like early ones...1/2 way thru 1955 the trucks changed...called it 2nd series
