The film is a nice look back into Oakland during 1928.
There are some shots of the Durant/Star factory at just over 10 min. into this film.
Other auto plants include Willys Overland, Chrysler and Chevrolet.
There is no need to adjust the sound, there isn't any, it's a silent film
