Sent you an email but it bounced back. Did you change your address?
I got the clips, but either you misunderstood the length, or your ruler was elastic. The ones I need are 1 5/8 inches and the ones you sent are 1 3/4 inches.
Thanks for thinking about us, we will keep on looking and scrounging. I sent your request about the garnish mouldings to a friend in Niagara Falls. He has a 32 PB sedan, and belongs to the four cylinder club. Might know someone who has the mouldings.

Will tweaked the clips and now they hold the cap in place. They will do fine, until we can get a shorter set.
