found a 1926 6 cylinder star coupe complete ,,,,run when parked , 6 yrs ago?, now will not turn over,,,,,, repainted once,, looks nice ,asking price approx 4000 is it worth that much, and is there a market for resell at a higher price ????????/ please help me thankyou Jack

Except for the classics, the market for cars of this vintage is very thin. I wouldn't ever buy one as an investment.

A car that hasn't been running in six years can have a lot wrong with it. These babies need to be exercised regularly. If you like working on them, go ahead but at a lower price. If you want to drive one, buy one someone has kept in tip top shape. It will be cheaper in the long run.

By the way, engine parts are relatively easy to come by.
