ENGINE SPECS FOR W-4 ENGINE

HI GUYS
I AM ENTERING MY 23 STAR TOURING IN THE EASTERN SPRING MEET IN CUMBERLAND MD MAY 15TH.THE REBUILD FINALLY WAS FINISHED.THE AACA APPLICATION ASKS FOR THE HP AND CU INCHES OF THE ENGINE.I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE.CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT ON THIS ONE?.
