I am currently working on making a punch and die to make headlight band clips for Durant and Star car.
Please let me know who needs some.
I am making them from 301 stainless spring steel.

That's great! I've been trying to figure out what to do for my rings. I need a full compliment of 8 (I assume there are 4 on each, the rings I have, have about a dozen holes in each) for my '25 Star Touring.

Hello to All, I have been a member of the club for many years but this is my first visit to this forum.
I am presently having the headlight rings replated for my 25 Star and could use 8 of those retainer clips soon. If and when they are available I would appreciate an e-mail from anyone. Also, does anyone know where to find the original colors that the Star Cars offered? What color was the Continental engine that was used in the Star in 1925? Any help appreciated. Greg Krueger

thank you for everyone letting me know how many
clips are needed. I have almost finished machining
the punch and die set. So far I have spent about
15 hours just machining.
But I am almost there.
I will post a few pictures when it's done.
