The input shaft on the transmission on my 25 Star wobbles like a drunken sailor. I'm thinking of rebuilding the entire transmission. Should I try it myself or have someone else do it? Are there any gears, etc. available?
Anyone know how the gauge works ? Mine is cut behind the dash and a mickey mouse jobber hanging from the dash instead. I assume its a hollow tube to the block with mercury inside but perhaps not. Seems too thin to be a hollow tube to the gauge. Wondered if the jobber...

When I sent in the pictures last year of my M-2, it was labelled a "coupe" by the Club editorial staff.Gale Crenshaw feels that it is a 2-Door Sedan. If so, my apologies. Thanks, Gale.
