French are the best pigeon I raised them when I was a kid and I started again about 3 YEARS AGO AND I LOVE THEM.

I can't find information about French Mondain pigeons. I am wondering if this breed is symilar to King or Modenas, if not, I would like to know the differences. Are they easy to raise? If anyone has any extra to help get us started please emai us.

I have raised French since my father 1st said I could pick out any bird that I wanted and that was almost 30 thirty years ago. Jake DenBoar lived 15 miles from us and was in the same club as my father and knew him pretty well, my first pair was a White **** Jake said I could pick any bird from the pen he opened and pied hen Jake said should make more white babies. I also got 2 other pair that day but the Whites are still my favorite. This year 2010 was a really good year for me because I raised 11 or 12 solid white babies out of pieds mated to whites. Hopefully I can put whites together next year and not have to worry about putting my best birds into them to just improve the whites . If anybody has show birds that are whites and you don't want whites anymore or need new blood give me a call 920-946-1392

I have a CD with a lot of pigeon pictures. Pigeons breeds from all over the world. Many rare breeds that you have never seen before. I have all the pigeons in the world in a CD. U can't find so many breeds anywhere, not even at shows, and books. I have more than 42,000 pictures in that CD. The number of the pictures changes everyday, it gets bigger and bigger. In the CD there is 2897 pictures of lofts (INDIVIDUALS + Kit Boxes) (they don't tell u how to make the loft, but they do show picture of the inside of the loft and outsite). 1603 pictures without the name of the breed because they r from foreign countries. And the rest of the pictures have the name of the breed. I have 343 short pigeon videos in the CD (the longest video is 8 minutes). The pictures are in color and the videos. U will find tons of pictures of genetics, flying, and showing pigeons in this CD. If your pigeons are about flying, gnetics or showing, this is the thing for u. If you want it for $100, e-mail me. sold my last ones in mid 90's

my dad raised mondains from the mid 50's until his retirement from the pigeon business in 1997. he was a successful breeder and i am sure some of his old families are still @ . if any of you still have his bloodlines i would like to hear from you .my dad's name is W.L.Hutchison he & my mother are still going fairly well for 2- 90 year olds ! WE still talk pigeons at times .

Ilove big mussle birds ,thats why i also have runts.But the French Mondain has a more superior Chest&Legs.They are a hardy and gentle breed.If you are interest in the breed I personally feel its a must to joine the French Mondain Assoc. they are a GREAT[8-)bunch of guy that are more than willing to help you out.By the way a very special thanks to John List,Tim Moss and Leonard Kitt for wise advice and birds.Thanks guys[:)][8-)][8-)]
