http://mydomainName...works, http://wwwmydomainName does not - no reply from support
I have been hosting here for a while, and recently the domain name (which has also been hosted here for a while and was working fine) is not working on a 'www'
By that I mean if I type in http://domainName.com it loads my website which is hosted on google.
Is it possibly a Google sites thing?
If I type in http://www.domainName.com it goes to a Bravenet 404 error page.
I have not changed anything on that domain since it last worked. I have contacted bravenet support several times, and not had a reply (I have also logged into some of these tickets a long time (weeks) after logging and the tickets did not have any actions on them from Bravenet support (ie appeared to have been ignored or not received (not received through their own ticket system which I can view them on after the fact seems very unlikely!)
My email is working, there is nothing in my spam folder from bravenet, so I dont know what else to do - anyone else had this issue?
I dont think it is something I have done, because, as stated earlier, this was working on both http://domain and www.domains, and I have not changed anything between when it was working, and when it was not.
Is there anything I can do to fix this myself in the absense of any support?
I have also noticed sporadic issues that have never been explained by bravenet support such as my zencart store seemingly changed - so that various pages in the store admin just wont load (no errors just load a totally blank page) and pages in my web folders disappearing. When I have logged those with support - ( a couple of times this has happened on the zencart) I got no reply but then a couple of days later the zencart worked again, but looked like a restore from a back up.
I dont get it - how can my files be changing if I am not changing them...? And why is Bravenet support not responding to my tickets?

further to last message i found one reply from someone at bravenet support telling me it was my registrars fault and i need to get them to change something
but what?
I checked the registrar and the only info they have (aside from stuff like my name and physical address etc) is the following:
Name Server 1: ns11.bravehost.com
Name Server 2: ns12.bravehost.com
so i have no idea what I am supposed to change at the registrar - can anyone advise? This was working under the above settings in the past. but has not been since sometime between mid feb and early march this year.
