You need to do a lost password and it will send the information to you.

When you open an account it is your responsibility to keep up with it. Any information changes you need to login to your account and change it.

For instance if your e-mail address is going inactive then login before it goes inactive and change it in your membership area to the new one.

You can try certain e-mail addresses to see if it sends the information to you.


Otherwise your only option is to Contact bravenet


on the main page under the login problems area are links you can click on to contact bravenet


Then once you get your login information you can login and delete your account and website fully. If this is your website. If it is a problem website that you are reporting then report it to bravenet as well.
