I have one successful bravenet site at www.anitamaedraper.com. I also have a 2nd bravenet website at www.anitadraper.com. Last year I think I set this 2nd site up with Front Page because I wanted to try it out.
Now I want to work on my front page site but when I'm in File Manager and click on www.anitadraper.com I am taken to a 'page under construction'. This is good for the public, however, how do I work on it?
In my www.anitamaedraper.com site I'm able to go to the visual/text editor and make my changes.
But in this front page site I can't seem to get anywhere. I'm not a techie and am lost what to do next.
What did you name your main page? I see at the "mae" site, you have a link to "site map" that goes to http://anitamaedraper.com/index.html while your "home" link goes to http://anitamaedraper.com/
There should be absolutely no difference between http://anitamaedraper.com/index.html and http://anitamaedraper.com/
So I suspect you found some fancier name for your page at the "no-mae" site, leaving the default index.html that says Website under construction. Look for your main page in File Manager, rename it index.html. Or if it is in a subdirectory called image800 or something, move it.
However, I did some reading while waiting for an answer and discovered that I can't use Frontpage unless I actually have it on my computer - which I don't. I thought I did at one time, though.
Anyway, I took the plunge and deleted the website. I am now in the process of uploading a template I really like and doing the same as I did to the first site. I have more questions but will ask in the correct forum.
