In other words, you just use the html code for an image that is hosted elsewhere. If you use a free host, loading images outside that host may not be permitted. Photobucket is one place where your visitors may upload images for use in guestbooks and forums.
There may of course be guestbooks where the software adds the code for you, and where upload capabilities are also included. If so, my guess is you will be charged for the service.
ahh I see. no I was hoping for a web forum-like "upload a picture" that would also host the picture. I set up a photo album to do this now, but unfortunately the photo album won't let users publish the photo directly. I have to approve the photo.
