that is not what I was asking about. I want the user to have the ability to attach a PICTURE to his comment, not html. My question has nothing to do with HTML.

Yes it does have to do with html if you want a picture in with your post you have to know html

You can't attach it. Just like here if you want a picture in when you post or reply you would have to use html to do it.

In other words, you just use the html code for an image that is hosted elsewhere. If you use a free host, loading images outside that host may not be permitted. Photobucket is one place where your visitors may upload images for use in guestbooks and forums.

There may of course be guestbooks where the software adds the code for you, and where upload capabilities are also included. If so, my guess is you will be charged for the service.

ahh I see. no I was hoping for a web forum-like "upload a picture" that would also host the picture. I set up a photo album to do this now, but unfortunately the photo album won't let users publish the photo directly. I have to approve the photo.
