Hosting Renewal Problem

We renewed our hosting with bravenet last night @8:04 EST and we recieved a reciept but our site is still down can anyone help?

No set time but up to 72 hrs.

I did one a few weeks back and it was instant others have taken a few hrs.
The money for the last one was taken from my account 5 days later.
So as said give it time.
