I am trying to figure out how to set up my website so that others cannot Left click on my pictures and copy/save them for themselves. I cannot figure out how to do this?
The idea that you can prevent people from copying pictures is simply wrong. You have been to a site where a popup SAID that you couldn't copy, right?
well, they lied. Go back, and I'm sure you will figure out how. Short version: I cannot see pictures on a server somewhere. I can only see pictures that are copied onto my computer. If you want people to see your pictures, they can copy.
you can set up no right click coding on your site but people can still work around it and copy the pictures.
Host the pictures somewhere else so they don't steal your bandwidth.
I know that is what we did when we found people stealing our images and used up our bandwidth so as said we hosted the images at photobucket and that helped.
