Earlier today I noticed that my hosting had expired. I immediately paid for it to be renewed, my payment was accepted and my account now shows the new expiry date for Pro hosting.

Yet, my websites are still down and I can't get my emails.

How long does this take to restore?

I have raised a support ticket but have had no response.

it does take time for processing

In future monitor your expiration dates for your domain and your hosting and when they expire then can renew early this way gives the little ahead time in case of issues

Support tickets take a little time too

monitor your ticket online as well

You hosting is working now. ;)

I would double check the expiry of your domain name(s) as well and make sure they are all up to date.
