Sharing site with client prior to releasing it to the web

I've begun creating a website using RapidWeaver (Mac) and would like to begin moving it to its domain on Bravenet. Is there a way I can have it online so that I can share it with my client while I'm developing it without having anyone else seeing it. Can I kleep "This Website Is Under Construction" page on and share the files with my client? I believe I did this in the past, but can't remember how it was done. At what point does the Under Construction sign get turned off?

Thanks for any help.
Leanne

Re: Sharing site with client prior to releasing it to the web

The under construction page is their after a domain has propogated

It will be there till you UPLOAD/Publish your website

Your main page index.html is what the under construction page is and when you publish as said your NEW index.html page the under construction page will be gone

Once you publish something it is LIVE for ALL to See
