Problem with password being recognized

I deleted a standard website so I could make it a frontpage site. The ID and password provided to me by Bravenet is not being recognized so I cannot upload the site. I have typed it in, re-typed it in, copied and pasted it, and checked and checked and checked that everything was correct. Still no luck. Could someone please give me a clue about what I am doing wrong or what I can do about it?
