Changes show up in visual editor but not on web page after saving changes in the text editor

I am having problems when I make changes in the file manager or text editor, the changes show up in the visual editor when I look to make sure changes are occurring but when I go to look at the web page the changes are not there. I make sure I click on save changes in the file and the other save changes button next to it.

1. Frames are not allowed with a free hosted subdomain/free hosting

So will need to change that part.

2. Your changes should show if you used the visual/text editor and not the wizard to publish your pages.

Stay away from the wizard

Also try refreshing your pages as your browser may be seeing the old page
