Sorry to be a nuisance but I have asked before and someone gave me the answer.

How do I make a page view only as I don't want a particular page printable

Meanwhile I will trawl back to see if I can find the original but it was a while back

There are tricks to make it difficult for the inexperienced but you cannot physically prevent somebody from printing any more than you can stop them photocopying a paper document.

Peter someone gave me a bit of coding to put on the page and it worked but I can't find the post on here now
