Your album will not allow you?
That sounds as if you are trying to do a public upload rather than go through your Bravenet account.

1. You must have set the service to permit public uploads
2. Public uploads are quarentined until you log in to you account and approve them

Much better to log in to your account and upload there rather than through the album itself.
