Urgent question

Yesterday, my site said it needed renewal, so I renewed the site just now. How long does it take for the renewal to show up, because the site is still down. I paid for the five year renewal and I can't see my site still.

Just because you SUPPOSEDLY renewed it doesn't mean it pops right up

You have to wait for the propogation time. Give it a couple of days and if not up by Friday


Right now still getting the parked page for renewing your domain so will have to wait and see what happens



Just like when you got the domain before you have to give it time for the propogation.


The domain just expired yesterday as it says.


Make sure as well your hosting of your domain as well is current also.

I am still seeing the domain as parked, give it 48 hours then check with Bravenet it it isn't OK.

Two points arising:
1. Renew BEFORE the domain expires.
2. Picking up a new/renewed domain name is down to your ISP not Bravenet. Some ISPs update their records less frequently than others.

It looks to me like your domain was not renewed properly.

Can you open a support ticket and please copy/paste a copy of the receipt you received after renewing.
