Can someone please tell me how to hide pages on my website. I can't find that anywhere..

All pages are "hidden" unless you explicitly link to them.

I guess that you are using some software, such as the website wizard, that automatically builds links for you. The short answer is to use a different site building tool for those pages although I am sure that somebody can suggest an arcane method for building them in the wizard then zapping the links in some way.
