Been waiting for tickets to be addressed since 5 am on Friday morning 10/15/10 and not one word. Should someone not be available to handle issue with their customers 24/7? If nothing more through a live chat?

You could not be getting automated responses possibly to your e-mail so check your ticket online
Weekends bravenet is out of office. This has been the thing for a while. And if holiday periods or anything they will post on main page if not going to be open for business.
So give it till Monday or monitor online just in case.
Well if that isn't customer service at it's finiest. Yes I am getting the emails just no responses. Guess no one worked Friday either. This sealed the deal for me.
