Hosting confusion

In my account I have two websites. One with a .bravehost.com which I used to build the website, and one with a .net domain name.
I wish to upgrade the .net website, but I am unsure (during the upgrade) as to which website is being upgraded.
Any thoughts?

If you upgrade hosting it will cover all sites created under that account.
