My organization's website is hosted by Bravenet. The owner of the domain name is unable to maintain the site and the organization has selected me to maintain the site. I have other sites using another registrar. Someone suggested that I join Bravenet, have the owner transfer domain to me, then I transfer the domain to my registrar. Is that the easiest way to go?
If so, what steps do I need to do to have the current owner to transfer ownership to me?
