I cannot find a suitable html order form for my site. I've tried some but they don't meet my needs..and also they confuse me a bit.

I would like the form to do mathematical calculations in fields eg 2 widgets at 1.00=2.00 and total the entire order at the end.

I would appreciate any help out there.
