Hi, I have had a Bravenet Guestbook on my site for many years, but have forgotten the email address I first registered with. I know my Guestbook number ( the 10 digit one ) but nothing else. I want to take control of my guestbook once again, and be able to delete a post if required ( it's not yet, but I want to be able to )
I know I could start again with a new guestbook and re-register, but assume I would lose years of positive feedback.

Any advice on the way ahead appreciated.

may have to do a lost password and check all e-mail addresses you had

or open a support ticket if can to get your login details.


if the e-mail address you had is no longer in use then may have to start over again and get a new account


BUT NEED TO KEEP TRACK of your login details. Especially if share your guestbook with someone else running it or your website or anything. YOU need to know your details for your account.

And login regularly so you don't forget and more
