I had not logged on to my site for more than 6 months.
My account was frozen
I have activated the account today but I am not able to do the ftp transfer as it is says contact customer support. Mine is a free site.

You probably went over your 5mb limit can you log in and reduce the size or delete some pictures or large files

From other reports it seems that when you delete a file in your hosting the space isnt freed until Bravenet empty the "trash can" folders which may not be until next day, so don't expect to get up and running the second you zap some big files.

I am not able to log in

not even sure you have a website at this moment

but you need to get your login details

do a lost password and it will send you your account info to the e-mail address with your bravenet account


or may have to open a ticket under the login problems area

If the URL is correct then it looks as if the account is closed rather than just frozen.
