pro tools ala carte or pro hosting dinner

i upraded by photo album to pro for 39.95

now i am wanting the pro email forms
another 39.95

i read how pro hosting includes all the tools
ad free

but does it include all tools upgraded to pro
type such as the pro email forms

No. Pro hosting is only ad-free web tools, it does not include the Pro features for the web tools.
