I built a web site using FrontPage and when I publich it, I can't see it. It tells me that the page is under construction. I have worked with support and they seem to think it has something to do with my index.htm page. I don't know where to turn to.

if you published it properly and saved your page as index.htm and NOT index.html as it looks for your webpage as index.html

you would need to DELETE the index.html file from your root folder and then perhaps your index.htm file will show up
