Hi folks,
I had a look at my website the other day and noticed some of the links from the headings near the top of the page are not working. When I click on them I receive 'HTTP 404 - File not found'. I haven't done any editing to the site recently and they were fine the last time I looked. I contacted live help about this but got no reply.

You need to check your spelling etc

ex JPG could be jpg

Small could be small

Bravenet did an update a while back so check your coding

Glyn is correct

Bravenet did upgrades a while back and disabled their software that automatically fixed spelling or case sensitive errors in links/file names etc


So you need to correct them


For example your beginnings link

You have it as beginnings.html change it to Beginnings.html

Same with your other pages could be case sensitive where you have a lowercase could be a capital letter


as in example above

or could be where you have Legacy.html could be legacy.html


so need to just correct your links and all should be fine


Of course if you didn't get the automated responses then down to your e-mail provider when you opened a support ticket or such.


So check your tickets online
