I have registered and paid for two domain names through Bravenet but they do not appear on my account. I have tried to transefr them but cant do any of that either. Does anyone know how I can get access to the domains to set up a website?

Make sure you are entering the correct account if you have more than 1 bravenet account here


Also make sure you bought the domains through bravenet and not somewhere else

Might give us the domain names you have and perhaps we can see if perhaps they are bravenet or what


You may have gotten domains but did you get Hosting for the domains


Last resort if you are a paying customer meaning you have PAID hosting etc then you can open a support ticket and see if the domains you bought you got Through bravenet

Its not online - when I go into my account the website is there. When I publish it it doesn't appear on the internet - what do I have to do to get it on that
