Ok I am currently hosting through bravenet and my domain name is being forwarded from another source. Unfortunately there is never a online help person available to help me find the URL to have the domain forwarded correctly. If anyone knows that URL please please post it here.
Your e-mail is gmail so that is one problem right their
They regard bravenet as spam and may be blocking e-mail responses from support tickets reaching you
So check your junk/spam/bulk mail folders and check your ticket as well online
We don't know your URL and we can't give it to you that information only YOU know as it pertains to YOUR ACCOUNT which information can't be given here in the forums
You can login to your bravenet account and hit Domains and see what it says their.
Otherwise as said this pertains to your account so OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET
